  • How much does delivery cost?
    The following delivery charges apply: Within 1km of the Store - FREE Within 5km of the Store - £3 Within 10km of the Store - £5
  • Where do you delivery too?
    We deliver to the following postcodes
  • How long does my delivery take?
    We aim to delivery your order the next day if you have order before 1pm. Orders after 1pm will be delivered the following day.
  • How are you protecting your customers against Coronavirus when delivering?
    At Websters of Wollaston our delivery drivers will wear disposable gloves which will be changed after each delivery. Our Delivery Drivers are regularly washing their hands and always carry hand sanitiser. All our deliveries will be made contactless by orders being left at the customers front door/gate, unless specified.
  • What packaging will my order be delivered in?
    Orders will be delivered in a recyclable cardboard box. We use recyclable packaging where possible and limit the use of plastics where we can, however some products are packed in plastic to increase the products shelf life.
  • Can I click & collect?
    Yes you can click and collect directly from our shop. If you place your order before 12pm you can collect it the same day. Orders are 12pm will be available to collect the following day.
  • How are you protecting your customers against Coronavirus when collecting orders?
    At Websters of Wollaston our staff will continue to wash their hands regularly and use hand sanitiser. Collections will be made as contactless as possible. The customer will need to retrieve their order and load their own vehicle unless you require support.
  • Where do I collect my order from?
    Orders can be collected from our shop. The address is 73 Bridgnorth Rd, Wollaston, Stourbridge DY8 3PZ. Please ask a member of staff that you are there to collect your online order.
  • What do I need to bring with me when collecting my order?
    Please bring your order number with you. You will find your order number in your order confirmation email.
  • Is there a minimum order value?
    The minimum order value for delivery is £40.00 and collection is £30. A £3 delivery charge applies to orders below £50, above this there is no delivery charge.
  • How do you take payment for my order?
    We take payment by at the time you place the order.
  • How do I change my order?
    To add additional items to your order you can contact us by email or call us at the shop on 01384 396517. To remove items from your order you will need to contact us within an hour of placing the order.
  • Do you do same day delivery for flowers
    SAME DAY DELIVERY MONDAY TO SUNDAY. PLEASE ORDER BEFORE 1PM Our delivery options include: Same day delivery (orders placed before 1pm) Delivery £3.00 to the following postcodes - Any Time between 9-5.30pm £0.00 Click and Collect - 3 Hours Notice
